Flight tickets

If you register for the 17th IVO Congress, you might need to book a flight as well. You can book your flight through the congress secretariat ATP (The Advanced Travel Partner). Please fill out the Flight Request Form below to request a flight of your choice and email this form to IVO2009@atp.nl. ATP will contact you with the best possible prices and departure and arrival times. Only after you agree (in writing) with the offered ticket, ATP will book your flight and issue the ticket.

Payment will be done by charging your credit card. Your credit card details can be issued through the Participant Registration Site.
Please note that ATP charges a handling fee of € 35,00 per ticket.
After the ticket issue, a 100% cancellation fee is charged and changes cannot be made.

Public Transport Ticket

Delegates of the IVO Congress 2009 are given the possibility to purchase a special congress ‘Public Transport Ticket’. You can use this ticket for bus or tram transport in the cities of The Hague, Scheveningen and Rijswijk, for the duration of the congress.

We would like to know if you are interested in this ‘Public Transport Ticket’. Please let us know through the Participant Registration Site on the ‘Transport’ page. Costs for a 3 Day Public Transport Ticket are € 13,00 and to be paid at the congress venue.
